Ok so we all have the general opinion that Applications aren't being handled all that well. The admins are trying but there's probably way too many for just Milly and a couple other people to go through while they have to handle running the game so heres a suggestion:
Get a team of around 5 people who are not admins but are chosen by the admins and delegate that part of the forums to them. Have them handle it so it takes pressure off the admins and more people can get their apps looked at in a shorter time span.
Feel free to drop other suggestions but I think this would be a good direction to go in.
