This card shouldn't say that 'capable of sealing even Bijuu', because it's misleading. You are only able to seal Bijuu if you have applied for a jutsu that allows you to do so, but the card seems to suggest that you're capable of doing this even without the needed jutsu. It should say "capable of sealing even Bijuu with an appropriate jutsu."

^ agreed. Pointless because bijuu Sealing is hardly used except for plot purposes.

It’s a small change, done in less than a few seconds, and helps with clearing things up for players further who want to go down the obscure path of rulings that is sealing Bijuu.

it should also precise that you need jutsu to unseal stuff in combat because having people suddenly unsealing 24 windmill shuriken and flashing t2 fuuin is dumb
