In Naruto, early on, one could clearly see the power difference between less experienced ninja and more experienced ones. The more time progressed, these lines became increasingly blurred - usually not through simple experience accrued, as it'd be gained by both parties, but by the younger, weaker, and less experienced lot attaining powerful techniques that were capable of turning the tides of battle. However, in World of Ninjas, there are several ways through which the gap can be lessened. Each of these, but especially one, will be monitored as months go by.
- Gain a unique! The first, and most obvious way, is to gain one of those tide-changing power moves that anyone can apply for, new or old. One thing that we haven't explicitly stated, but is noticeable, is that uniques aren't tied to a grade - but rather, a month. Meaning that anyone can apply for the unique of that month. Certain things are more expected for newer, less established characters to gain, like Kekkei Genkai.
- Automated Reward multipliers! Each month we'll be assessing the distribution of PP and adding increased multipliers for people beneath certain thresholds. This could be, for example, people beneath 25 pp gaining 2x PP (4 PP automated rewards), etc.
- Just Hope for the Best. There are many, many sources of power in Naruto and World of Ninjas alike. Not all of them are to be listed on the roadmap, because they're attained through IC! A promising player can be granted unique powers by the administrative team.
