Yukigakure Ain't The Fuckin' Wave, Try New Konoha Surfboards

Haha. That topic name barely fit! Fuck. So we're back here, huh?
It's kind of empty.. Void.. Must be the village. I'm not going to spit flames and spread it all around and try and flail my arms and address everything like I wanted to in my original topic, so I'm going to try and keep it as clean cut and focused as absolutely possible. That means it'll be kind of short, hopefully. I tend to ramble and talk out of my ass when revved up enough.
Yukigakure is still dying. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like it's possible to stop that.
At the Chuunin Exams, it was marked then that we would start to fall down a hill quite like a snowball.. We thought we could kind of fight that, but with how we treat our inner workings and how the previous two fights are looking.. Doesn't seem so well. I stressed it pretty hard in the first topic that our low population hurts so much, and we continued to get killed and dropped like an unfortunate conveyor belt. That's the fault of no one at all, honestly. It's a sad fact, but I really can't point my fingers at players doing things players want to do.
We weren't winning this war.
And as our character draw older and start to become natural Chuunin and the age befitting of the title and authority, it would seem as if there's a future.. But it's not necessarily a good one. Right now as it stands, Yukigakure is fizzling and falling off and it's kinda like watching Infinity War only that when Thanos snaps, its like a symbol of Yukigakure burning up. Which coincidentally isn't that bad if there's plans for the future. Around now is the time to start planning for that.
So why win? It happens. Losing, that is.
My recommendation is that with how things are looking right now, we honest to god have Yukigakure lose the war or take some massive loss in some way via Amegakure. This in turn gives reason for the military to start working elsewhere.. And since in the current IC standings of Yukigakure, we're at such good relations with Konohagakure.. We have the players move there. Having a full village wipe is really, really bad - It would kill off so much motivation it'd hurt, so allow the current Yukigakure players (The Military) to take station in Konohagakure as a permanent position for now while Yuki gets "fixed up." It ain't getting fixed up.
There's a timeskip soon, right? There's gotta' be.
Use it to its max potential. As in. Make the lore post about Amegakure finally winning as they have been doing and taking a large chunk out of Yukigakure as a result. Weakening power, giving them reason to go desperate. Now we introduce a new village. Move the current Yukigakure players to Konohagakure. Refugees but also working for the military in a way. This can be changed on the basis of whether or not you want Yukigakure to be weakened, or killed in total. Now open up Konohagakure. During the timeskip while this is open, move and put in the Konoha map and start up the forum essentials.
How do we handle it?
Konoha needs a page on the forums. It's not that hard because we already have a really big piece of most of the lore already written out in IC, take that and translate it so that people moving in and trading in can read it. Clans? The Inuzuka and Akimichi already have bits and pieces in Konoha. Easy. Add some of the Konoha clans like Nara. Uh. That's kind of it, actually. If you want you can design and make a new clan to go in there, but it's not really needed. As rare pick ups, you can have Senju, Uchiha, and (Super) Yuki as the "application/DR" only rare clans as they should be!

Yukigakure is gonna' lose this war. No one in Yuki really wants to fucking deal with it. Yukigakure isn't the place people want to make in when they die or join. So. We need to get rid of it, but we need to get rid of it in a tasteful manner. Darwin has given us a lot to work. During a timeskip, announce that Amegakure has won the war. This gives options. Amegakure completely and utterly blows up Yuki. It's dead, jim. You make ruins on the map of Yuki, and now the players are free. Here's the deal..
Player Responsibility:
Option (1): You take your existing Yukigakure character and move to Konoha as part of the alliance. You get to become the starters for the new Konoha gens. Teach them well of the rich Yuki history. You get to be part of Konoha with everything it entails. It takes us out of forced PvP mode, but still at war with Kiri. The whole village v NPC we like.
Option (2): Yukigakure is dead. Ame ravaged it. You're not sure if the village lifestyle is for you. Instead of admitting to a village and becoming part of their new war force, you've decided to take to the world and live on your own. You are effectively a nomad now, not an actively hunted rogue. What you do with it is yours to take! But this option is really cool because if the admins allow this you have a literal world to travel. Brings risks of course with the absence of friends, protection etc. But you're free.
Option (3): Trade Ins are allowed only if you're making into Konoha. Amegakure is also allowed to trade into this village.
Admin Responsibility:
Map: Take the mines and move up 2 maps, and connect it to Konoha... Then you can put in all of last wipes map as well! A rogue paradise, a rich world we've built over 2 wipes now. Less stress on the mappers! (ur welcome Milly)
Timeskip: This makes the transition a hundred times easier. It gives you guys time to plan where to go next, instead of being disconnected. It's optional, kind of.
Forum Essentials: Village Page and Lore(Already done IC), Clans(Akimichi and Inuzuka are kaput), and ideas for the future. (Please help Darwin, yo.)
It sucks dick that we have to come to this, but this is my personal opinion of how to handle this. A tasteful**** way to remove a village and stop the bleeding, and give meaning to existing characters without a wipe.
