Hello, so I would like to introduce a way for Scorch release to be implemented into the game, allowing for characters to have this ability. I believe that using the same concept of the Hozuki clan and implementing that onto people would work to balance the state of the techniques.
Scorch Release will have a variety of techniques ranging from C-S rank. However, these conditions will play a factor in techniques created under Scorch Release.
Every Character should be affected by the techniques powers, including armor.
Scorch Release's weakness would be suiton based techniques, as Scorch release would have a disadvantage a grade above. Any suiton technique with the same elemental level or lower will evaporate.
Every Player will have a Stack of Hydration accounted on their character. To start off, everyone starts with Five stacks.
C- Rank: The Scorch Release techniques extract 1 Hydration Stack per hit.
B- Rank: The Scorch Release techniques extract 2 Hydration Stacks per hit.
A- Rank: The Scorch Release techniques extract 3 Hydration Stacks per hit.
S-Rank: The Scorch Release techniques extracts 5 Hydration Stacks per hit.
The Results of each Stack being taken.
1 Stack: The target becomes fatigue from the amount of water drained out of their body, but can still remain.
2 Stack: The target suffers from the condition of the techniques, becoming sluggish.
3 Stack: The target becomes dehydrated and their skin becomes dry and they become dizzy.
4 Stack: The target has been drained of a quality amount of water and are nearly rendered defeated.
5 Stack: The target has been dehydrated of water, knocking them out.
This is being suggested as a means to balance out the techniques in accordance to the game, ensuring that no one is to be knocked out with a single blow. There are several techniques made before the Primary technique in the anime/manga. That technique will be registered as an B-rank technique Scorch Release. These techniques will not result in automatic death of the character.
Example of a technique,
Jutsu Name:Shakuton: KajΕsatsu (Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder
Jutsu Rank: B-rank
Description: The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb touches an opponent, it evaporates the water inside their body, leaving them in a state of dehydration. Steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. This technique is vulnerable to Water Release: which can be used to dissipate the heat, becoming steam to fog up the area.
Note: Each orb removes two stacks of the opponent on contact. Extends two tiles from the user. The number of orbs scales with the users level of training: T2: 3 orbs, T3: 5 orbs, T4: 7 orbs.
